That is not Victim Blaiming! It is Blaiming THE PARENTS, GRAND PARENTS for not talking to their SONS AND DAUGHTERS when they are: In grade School, Junior High, High School, 20s, 30s. If kids and adults avoid drinking and smoking - they will not make negative choices, mistakes, impulsive

No, not only people who drink alcohol or smoke tend to make bad-decisions! I would say, in my opinion, that 80 persent of people who smoke, drink
tend to make impulsive/negative decisions. And many people knew/know: family members and/or friends of the family, niehbors who drank/drink a lot of alcohol, when thosse individuals got drunk - they started to: act violently, or be verbally abusive, etc.

Right! That reminds me, back in the day when I took social psychology class, I wrote a paper on: "Why Do Teens Join Gangs?"
According to books I read, most Teens join gangs because they: Grow up in broken homes, do not have good relationships with
their pareents and/or other/extended fsmily members! And everyone has relatives from the Father's side of their family and the
mother's side of their family, that is a lot of RELATIVES who generally DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR YOUNGER RELATIVES and Most
of their Family/relatives in General!

Even little kids in first grade(Age six, seven) know that they: Should not be alone with adults that they do not know!
They should not be playing "House" with other kids or Adults!
They know to tell their parents, family members, right away if: An adult has touched them inappropriately,
said something to them inappropriately, etc.
