Edit- I'm looking at the time length ..Each story last 14 mins. Apart from the first track North. That lasts 14 mins but 1 second longer .

It's a useful album. You could use it for meditation. Depending on stress levels you could even call it a necessity. Not listened to the other two tracks but liking what i have heard so far.
