Also even if he wins and tries to pardon himself, he's still a felon, his record would show both, the felony isn't removed he is just pardoned of doing the crime.

He can never pardon himself - the POTUS can only pardon federal crimes, not state - he's fucked in that regard. Hopefully any appeals get squashed, and considering the appellate court...
