This one is a re-examining of a SCOTUS [Supreme Court of the United States] decision back before the 2024 election. I don’t recall the date. It was the decision, coming out of Colorado, to remove t0000 from the ballot on the basis of Section 3 of the 14 th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the one that bars any person from seeking office if they have engaged in insurrection. . . The decision was appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, which took the case and, rather than speak narrowly to the question raised, used it to make a wild ruling that essentially puts a president above the law . . .
